MelCast Educational Consulting is a group of dedicated educators and staff developers that provide high quality training and workshops designed to increase teacher effectiveness and student motivation and participation in learning. MelCast, LLC theory and approach in working with educators is based on strong ethical and practical principles devoted to improving student achievement for English Language Learners and all students. We provide training, consulting, and conferences that advocate research-based approaches proven to improve performance for students struggling with academic content and language. Our goal is to empower educators K-12, to help their students succeed.
MelCast is especially proud of the work we have done with English Language Learners. Ells come to us with very unique needs specific to the development of English as a second language that must be considered and addressed in order for them to be successful in school. Our staff has worked with several districts across the country in implementing comprehensive, systematic, and sustainable approaches to meeting the needs of ELLs. We believe our work and commitment in this area can be of benefit to any school or district working with ELLs and all students.
